It’s these ideas – and more – that are the inspiration for KIND’s new #KINDBoston campaign. I was lucky enough to be a guest at the Red Sox game on Tuesday, July 29, where KIND launched this initiative with the help of a little star power.

Recipe: Oil-Free Maple Cinnamon Date Almond Granola from The Chic Life

IMG_7205I probably shouldn’t admit this, but I consume a greek yogurt parfait way too often (e.g. multiple times per week). Guess that’s what happens when you’re super busy during the work week and don’t have much time to cook. My favorite combo? Fage 2% greek yogurt with cinnamon stirred in, a gala apple (chilled in the fridge) and a little museli or granola to top it off. There’s also the occasional drizzle of raw agave nectar (yum).

Summer Strolling: The Christian Science Plaza in Boston

IMG_7092I often mention the Christian Science Plaza and get a, “Huh? Where?” type response from fellow Bostonians. Regardless of your interest in the Christian Science religion (the massive building is the church’s Global HQ, built in 1894 and expanded in 1906), the scenic plaza, surrounding reflecting pool and fountain in the summer make it a fun place for a stroll.
