Brewing coffee in the Bialetti Moka is a fan favorite of this half Italian’s household and attracts a fair amount of interest and questions from my friends. As a result, I wanted write up a quick blog post sharing the steps and an instructional video of yours truly making coffee with it.
September has come and gone, and it’s time to showcase the skincare and beauty products that have earned their spot in my routine. From practical micellar waters to indulgent body scrubs and rejuvenating eye patches, here’s a quick rundown of what’s empty and why they’re worth a mention.
I’ve created a blog post below describing each item and what I liked or disliked about it, with links to each product. However, if you prefer to watch videos, you can also check out the same content on my YouTube channel.
Ah, summer! It always comes and goes in a flash. It’s my favorite season for the warm weather, sunshine and fun travels. In celebration of a great summer, here are some wonderful memories for me to remember and recommendations to inspire your next travels, meals, and more!
As an American expat living in London, one of the most-asked questions that I get is…what should I do when I’m in London? As a result, My London Guide was born. My London Guide is a never-ending list of all of the places I have been to in London and would recommend. On a regular basis, I audit the list for places that have gone out of business and add new places in. In my latest round-up, I am adding:
Clipstone – A charming bistro in Fitzrovia with excellent food
E&O Notting Hill – A delightful pan-Asian restaurant
Coya – A splurge-y Mayfair Peruvian restaurant, but well worth it
The Berkley Pret A Porter Afternoon Tea – A fashion-themed afternoon tea that makes for the perfect girls afternoon out in London
The Wallace Collection Museum – A somewhat hidden gem of a museum in London’s Marylebone that often gets overshadowed by the city’s more famous ones
Usually, throughout the year, I update my Boston Guide, removing places that are sadly no more, but also adding in new hotels, restaurants, cafes, and favorite parts of the city to see. However, upon reviewing my guide recently, I realized that I have been slacking. Like…massive slacking! After the pandemic, Boston has changed a lot, with quite a few of my favorite restaurants going away and new ones arriving to dazzle the city.

As my mission is to keep this up as a valuable resource for locals and travelers alike, here is what I removed – and what I added!
