Highlights from London’s Open Garden Squares Weekend

Every year, London Parks & Gardens Trust hosts a special event called the Open Garden Squares Weekend. During this weekend, you can buy a ticket and explore private gardens throughout the city. These gardens range from beautiful squares to office buildings and a few historic landmarks. As someone who loves parks and gardens, I could not resist the opportunity to peek into some of London’s hidden gardens. £200 H&M Spring Haul – Tops, Dresses, Blazers & Sassy Leopard Shoes!

Time for another wardrobe refresh – this time in the name of Spring/Summer! I spent nearly £200 at H&M in London. I ended up keeping about £130 of it and scored some really lovely new pieces. Naturally, I couldn’t resist sharing my fab finds with you too – you’ll see in this post the photos and a mini review below. I’ve also embedded my try on YouTube haul at the end of the post if you want to see in more detail what the clothes look like on me. I’m still getting the hang of these – I definitely need to amp up the energy next time, but that’s part of the process – with each video I keep learning!

Recipe: My Favorite Easy Pasta Dish For One

Cooking for one is not always so easy. Most recipes have you make a huge vat of food that you must eat all week, so I prefer to create my own solo dishes. If you’re craving a spicy yet comforting pasta dish, this one is a winner! I love packing as many veggies as possible into every meal, so this dish is mostly veggies, with smaller portions of pasta and beans. I’ve purchased a spicy pre-made tomato sauce from Waitrose, but you can use any store-bought or homemade tomato sauce in this recipe.
