LIFE UPDATES

March 2015 in Photos

March was a month of excitement between moving into my new flat in London and a planes, trains and automobiles-esq trip across Boston-CT-NYC-Austin. Here are the highlights in photos.

It wouldn’t be a month in London without a walk in my favorite park, Regent’s Park, on a picture perfect day.

I took some time off on the East Coast before heading to Austin, Texas for SXSW and flew into Boston first. Naturally, I couldn’t resist stopping in to see my old colleagues.

And….strolling through some of my favorite areas of Boston, including the Commonwealth Ave. mall. I look at this photo vs. the first one in Regent’s Park on a spring day. Yep, pretty happy it doesn’t snow in London.

I was also so lucky to be in town for my friend’s baby shower! Amazing timing :).

Then, it was off to NYC where I visited two of my dear friends at their new apartment and was amazed by their incredible city skyline views.

…And they made a delicious shakshuka for dinner. Lucky me!

Then, it was off to Austin, Texas for SXSW. One of my favorite annual social media events, check out my photo highlights here.

I also was fortunate to speak at SXSW. Here is a recap from my talk, “From Meh to Marvelous: Standing Out In The Era of Infobesity.”

…And do a book signing for the 2nd time (we did one last year when our book launched!).

Then, it was back to London where I naturally could be found taking selfies riding the bus to work.

And of the sweet manicure I got at work. We no joke have a wonderful lady come in each month to do our nails. Best. job. ever!

The month also allowed me to discover more new places for food and drinks in London, including a greek equivalent of a Dark & Stormy (called The Sunflower) at Opso in Marylebone.

…And one of London’s top cocktail bars, Callooh Callay.

I concluded the month just as it begun – with a walk in Regent’s Park!
